Reporting directly to the Team Manager you will be responsible for the day to day planning an co-ordination of a nationwide team of Document Collection Agents. A key part of the role will be the reporting and updating of business figures / statistics on a daily basis to management.
Answering telephone calls.
Booking an confirming appointments with our large rep base.
Filing and other general admin duties including arranging meetings and appointments.
Passionate and delivering high customer service.
Booking and confirming appointments with agents and clients over the telephone.
Answering inbound telephone calls promptly and professionally.
Highlighting extra information and giving guidance to agents if the customer or client has made a special request.
Liasing and providing support with field agents for e.g. the customers address and contact details.
To achieve operational targets as set by the centre manager.
Other reasonable duties in line with the requirement of the role and the overriding needs of the company.
