Hi my name is bill and i am advertising properties on behalf of a landlord that now has several rooms available to rent in a shared house.

there are small single rooms at £240 pcm and large double rooms up to £275 pcm, all fully furnished in respected homes and you will share with 4 other tenants.

we do accept working tenants/students/ and also dhss with consideration and have rooms available now for dhss.

tenancy agreements are at a minimum of 6 months and upon signing an agreement for a room you will be required to pay 1 months rent in advance plus a deposit of £300.

viewings are available immediately and i am available between these times on these days:

Monday - 6 Pm to 8 pm

Tuesday - 6 Pm to 8 pm

Wednesday - 3 pm to 8 pm

Thursday - 10 am to 8 pm

Friday - 10 am to 8 pm

Saturday - 10 am to 8 pm

Sunday - 11 am to 8 pm
