Working in a busy office environment you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Managing diaries

- Appointment making

- Updating databases and records including client files

- Filing

- Telephone duties

- Providing support to the advisers, will writer and paraplanner

- Dealing with client queries over the telephone and by email

- Constructing and sending letters to clients

- Maintaining own workload

- Effectively managing and dealing with tasks and timescales

The successful candidate will have the following skills, qualities and attributes:

- Previous administration experience is essential

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work on own initiative and equally as well in a team

- Hard working, reliable and willing to learn

- Good computer skills

- Proactive

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent time keeping

It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent grammar and written English skills.
