Aaron Rail Limited are looking for an experienced bookkeeper/credit controller. You will be required to work at our Hazel Grove office so own transport will be required.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be required to complete weekly Sage book-keeping up to Trial Balance and take complete ownership of your clients' accounts. This will include bank reconciliations, processing sales and purchase invoices, credit control, vat returns, weekly/monthly payrolls and other financial queries. You must also feel comfortable dealing with the accountant who will produce the year-end accounts.
The successful Sage Bookkeeper will have relevant proven experience, excellent numeracy accuracy and attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. A good knowledge of PC operations and software is needed, including Word, Excel, Sage Accounts, ect. The ability and confidence to work on your own initiative is essential.
