Zeven Media is a fast growing organisation dealing with large retailers bars and clubs and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.
This purpose of the role is to support the sales and events team in all things from sending invoices and rental agreements to booking hotels and travel.
The administration process is a key part of our success. The successful candidate will be responsible for making our sales and events collaborate perfectly and will be responsible for organising all of these things to make sure every client is completely satisfied with our services.
Experience of sales support and administration based roles that require high levels of customer contact, high attention to detail and the ability to adapt to short term and longer term tasks.
Experience of an inside sales environment either consumer or B2B sales.

To provide assistance and support to the sales team by removing non sales related tasks
Provide support and service to existing clients
Provide accurate, clear and precise data to the sales team in line with department standards.
Processing of customer orders and issuing invoices
Assist in delivery and maintaining high customer service and satisfaction
Manage and distribute sales inbox emails
General administration and support duties as requested
