Duties and Responsibilities
Working closely with one of our Area Sales Managers
Collating incoming tenders
Identification of potential tenderers
Downloading of tender specification data via on-line portals
Collation of information and formation of electronic files
Send out enquiries to suppliers
Send out enquiries to subcontractors
Following up outstanding information from external suppliers
Following up outstanding information from subcontractors
Collating relevant information to produce; job costings, profit margins
Copying information and distributing as required
Assisting in preparation of tender
Obtain feedback of submitted tenders from Clients
General maintenance of tendering system
Dealing with tender enquiries both written and telephone
Experience & Skills required:
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent IT and organisation skills.
Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Confident telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
